Seperateness in Space Holding

I have something for the space holders here.
You know how…
⭕️ The work you do is about reminding people how connecting people to themselves (and one another)
💔 And a lot of the time you are lovingly wading through patterns of individualism and separateness (with those you hold but also within yourself)
👀 You see the social media techniques designed to pull attention rather than connect meaningfully.
🤳🏼 You notice people disappearing into phones as a way to close in and protect.
💰 And you know the systems that thrive on that separation.
This letter is for…
💧For the sadness that comes when the deeply human need for connection is acknowledged.
💨 For the you grief each time you read about someone choosing to leave the living realm.
🔥 For the fire in your rebel that knows connection IS the medicine for these times.
The territory of separateness and connection is an aspect of being a solo preneur practitioner that many trainings do not have the space to explore.
AND
You know its important because you ask questions about it.
You know it is part of running a clean, clear sustainable practice.
You feel the drain that separateness creates in your own system.
And then holding others becomes harder.
WELL
There are some simple somatic ways to work with this
Ways to reconnect you to the golden web of support that is always here and always holding you.
In the company of others who actually get it.I have put together a 90 minute practice for those in The Treehouse and I am offering up to my wider community…
SO…
If you are feeling a little separate, or tired from holding others in their separateness.
And you are partial to a deeply human approach, good music and a healthy sprinkle of humour.
And you want your mind and body to remember you're never holding it all on your own.
So you can feel regulated, resourced, fully held and energised for the work you are here to do.

we’ll lovingly explore where you are, and I’ll point you in the direction of the support that’s going to make you feel most held, right now.

MY TEACHERS / GUIDES
I am fiercely supported and inspired by a network of teachers, mentors, peers and friends. I wholeheartedly understand that part of my work is to share what I learn from them. Here are the ones who currently inspire, support and teach me, speak in ways that makes me stop and listen and generally shine a light in dark corners.
