With-In  — a gentle exploration of the TRUTH within your body, mind, and heart. 

This workshop is designed to help you uncover your own patterns, bring love to the choices you have made and reconnect with your innermost desires. In essence it is about Truth.

Our intention is to provide you with tools and experiences that support the truth to emerge.

• Begin to see and lovingly untangle old patterns
• Cultivate agency, resilience, and clarity in choice-making
• Dare to follow your heart’s true desires
• Hold yourself with compassion in vulnerability and strength
• Make meaningful shifts—no matter how small—towards a more authentic life

A journey toward truth

Through supportive somatic practices, breath, bodywork, energy work and sound, you’ll be encouraged to listen closely to your body’s messages

— honoring sensations, emotions, and stories that have shaped your journey so far and learning to loosen your grip around the parts of you that no longer need protection.

This workshop is a one day workshop, in Shoreham By Sea.

10:30am to 5pm (arrival between 10:15-10:30 with a 10:30am start)
